Refund Policy

At Sacred Minute, every book is made to order and prepared especially for you. Because of the nature of our products, we do not accept returns for change of mind — but we will always make things right in the rare case of an issue.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Orders can only be changed or cancelled within 1 hour of purchase. After this window, your order enters processing and cannot be modified until it has been delivered.

To cancel within the 1-hour window, email info@sacredminute.com with the subject line "Cancel Order" and your order number.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will replace it free of charge.

To report an issue, contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@sacredminute.com with your order number, a short description of the issue, and a clear photo or video of the problem. Once confirmed, we'll send a replacement — no return needed.

Non-Returnable Items

Because each book is fulfilled individually, we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds for change of mind or unwanted gifts, minor print variations that are normal in the printing process, incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer, orders refused upon delivery, and discounted or sale items.

Refunds

Refunds are only issued for verified cases of damaged, defective, or incorrect products. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Lost or Missing Orders

If your package is marked as delivered but you haven't received it, contact us within 7 days and we'll investigate with the carrier on your behalf.
